Swarco is seeking a Customer Support Advisor for the Smart Charging team in Dundee. You will be the first contact for EV drivers and Charge Point Owners across Charge Place Scotland, providing friendly customer support, basic technical assistance, and administration to keep the network running smoothly.
Based at the Operations Centre in the Michelin Scotland Innovation Parc, this role involves a 37.5-hour week on a rolling rota covering 24/7 operations.
