SWARCO Smart Charging in Dundee is hiring a Customer Support Advisor on a fixed-term 6‑month contract. You will be the first point of contact for EV drivers and Charge Place Scotland users, delivering excellent customer service and basic technical support from our Dundee operations centre.
The role involves shift work across a 24/7 rota, handling registrations, fault logging, and coordinating with internal teams to keep the network running smoothly. A positive, proactive attitude is essential.
