• Patient Coordinators are responsible for organising and managing patient care across multiple providers and facilities.
• The duties typically include supporting high end private treatments for dentists within the practice, scheduling and managing appointments ensuring timely follow‑ups and continuity of care.
• Planning & Supporting Referral events across the practice and Campus.
• Assisting patients with understanding treatment plans, including explaining Bupa insurance coverage and finance options.
• Supporting the marketing of the practice to include new patient attraction.

• Personable, positive and enthusiastic with a great customer focus.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Sales & Conversion skills.
• Previous administrative experience.
• Competent using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
