A Dundeebased architectural practice with a strong reputation for thoughtful people centred design is looking to appoint a design focused Architect to join its growing team. With a pipeline dominated by social affordable and midmarket housing this is an opportunity to shape communities through high quality context driven residential architecture.

What youll be doing

• Leading and contributing to design development across RIBA Stages 24
• Producing concept planning and technical information for housing projects
• Working closely with local authorities housing associations and community stakeholders
• Ensuring design quality is maintained through delivery
• Supporting junior team members and contributing to studio culture

What were looking for

• Qualified Architect with strong design sensibility
• Experience in housing ideally social or affordable residential would help but is not essential.
• Confident working through early design stages and presenting ideas clearly
• Proficiency in Autocad and Revit (or willingness to upskill quickly)
• Someone collaborative thoughtful and passionate about creating better places

Required Experience:

Staff IC
