Teaching Assistant - Nursery (Selly Oak) - Aspire People

• Support the lead practitioner in delivering high-quality learning experiences for 2-year-old children.
• Assist with daily routines, activities, and play-based learning.
• Provide personal care and support, ensuring the children's comfort and well-being.
• Contribute to a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.

• Level 3 Childcare / Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning / equivalent qualification (essential).
• PFA (Paediatric First Aid) is desirable but not essential - training can be provided.
• Comfortable with providing personal care as part of the role.
• Experience in a nursery or early years setting is advantageous.
