We are recruiting a resilient and enthusiastic SEMH Teaching Assistant to start in June
, supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs within a specialist setting.

This is a full-time role working closely with pupils who may present challenging behaviour, supporting both their learning and emotional wellbeing in a structured and supportive environment.

As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside teachers and pastoral staff to provide tailored support that helps pupils engage positively with education and develop confidence, resilience, and independence.

• Providing one-to-one and small group support

• Supporting pupils with emotional regulation and behaviour

• Assisting with learning activities across the curriculum

• Supporting pupils wellbeing and engagement in school
