Archdeacon John Lewis Church in Wales Primary School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, committed and reflective Part Time Teacher to join our welcoming and supportive school community.

This is a temporary (1 year in the first instance), part-time (0.6 FTE) position on the Teacher Main Pay Scale, available following the promotion of the current postholder.

• Demonstrate high-quality classroom practice with a strong commitment to pupil wellbeing and progress.
• Support the Christian ethos and inclusive values of our Church in Wales school.
• Work effectively as part of a collaborative staff team.
• Show commitment to professional learning and development.

This post is suitable for both experienced teachers and Newly Qualified Teachers (ECTs) who are keen to develop their practice in a nurturing environment.

• Ability to greet customers through the medium of Welsh.
• Core responsibility: protecting children, young people or adults at risk, as required for all council employees.
• Requirement:
  Enhanced with Childrens Barred list criminal records check by the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS).
