Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
PLUS additional responsibility as Room Leader (part time and fixed term reviewed annually)
Full Time, Permanent, Term time only
Early Years Practitioner - NJC Point 5 (2 days/13 hours per week); and
Room Leader additional responsibility – NJC Point 15 (3 days/19.5 hours per week)
Actual total salary upon joining £21,629.66 per annum
Paid 44 weeks per year.
Full time hours of 37 hours per week worked Monday to Friday
Four days from 7.30am to 3.30pm and one day from 7.30am to 3pm
(with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break every day).

We are keen to hear from practitioners who are driven to enhance their professional skills and possess the potential for development into senior roles in EYFS. For the right candidate we will provide support in gaining Level 5 qualification.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications- Possess knowledge and effective experience working with children in an early years environment.
- Be educated to the required standard for the role and keen to continue professional development.
- Maintain consistently high expectations of self so that behaviour, inclusivity and children’s learning are of the highest standard.
- Possess high expectations for children’s progress.
- Promote the Catholic ethos and values of the school.
- Demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding, equality and maintain confidentiality.
- Have the ability to establish rapport and respectful and trusting relationships with children, families and carers, and other adults.
