Weatherford invites graduates to join its four‑year Field Engineer Technical Development Program. You’ll blend classroom learning with hands‑on wellsite experience, starting with guided training at global centers and progressing to more responsibility on the wellsite.
Expect 12‑hour shifts, travel, and potential offshore assignments as you develop technical skills, lead teams, and become the main client contact by years 3–4. This is a demanding, hands‑on path with clear growth across operations.
