W Talent partners with a rapidly growing renewable energy organisation to recruit a Day Shift Team Leader for an Energy Recovery Facility (ERF) in Glasgow. The role focuses on safe, compliant operation, SAP oversight, and leading a shift team to maximise plant performance.
You will oversee permit-to-work, manage maintenance activities, and drive improvements while ensuring health, safety and environmental standards are met. Monday–Friday roster and a strong benefits package are on offer.
