As Lead Technical Services Engineer, you’ll:
- Own the technical quality of our Azure managed services
- Act as the senior escalation point for complex Azure issues
- Guide and mentor engineers, raising the bar across the team
- Design, improve, and document standards, automation, and best practice
- Work closely with leadership to shape the future of our Azure offering
