Access talent group are currently recruiting for an international design consultant looking for a strong Principal Civil Engineer within the Water sector in multiple locations. This role offers an experienced water professional to work in both Infra and Non Infra projects across a number of different frameworks.

• Join as a Principal Civil Engineer with Infrastructure, Non infrastructure or both to join a dynamic team, supporting the delivery of a variety of projects as part of a major capital investment programme.
• Take responsibility for the technical delivery of the project team, developing and drawing on the wider technical network to maximise innovation.
• Provide technical expertise to ensure projects are delivered to cost, schedule, technical and quality standards to meet client expectations.
• Take responsibility for the management and mentoring of Junior engineers within the team.

• Minimum 10 years UK Consultancy Design Experience
• Chartership CEng or CIWEM qualification preferred
• Experience with Infrastructure Water networks, Non Infrastructure Asset design or both
• Degree qualified with a relevant qualification within the Water engineering space
• Mentor and manage junior engineers within the team
• Software Experience – Civil 3D, Auto CAD, ICM Info Works, Info Works WS, Synergy
• Must have UK right to work
• Hybrid working 3 days a week in the office
