About the RoleLinstone Housing is seeking a highly skilled, enthusiastic, and dynamic finance professional to lead our Finance Department. This pivotal role ensures that our finance service is efficient, well‑managed, and fully compliant with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Reporting to the Director of Finance and Corporate Services, the Finance Manager will deliver our financial strategy, support corporate objectives, and ensure the long‑term financial sustainability of the organisation.
Key responsibilities include overseeing budgets, expenditure, and financial reporting; preparing quarterly management accounts and the annual budget; leading and supporting the Finance Team; ensuring effective day‑to‑day operation of the finance function while contributing to operational and strategic activities.
About YouOrganised and motivated finance professional with strong experience in financial management and reporting. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines, strong IT and financial systems skills, proactive approach, and ability to lead and manage a team.

We own and manage approximately 1,600 properties, providing affordable rented and supported housing, and deliver factoring services to a further 2,000 owner‑occupiers.
