Working alongside experienced Chartered Financial Planners, you'll become a trusted point of contact for clients, ensuring every aspect of their journey is delivered professionally, efficiently and with exceptional attention to detail.
The Role As Client Manager, you'll play a central role in maintaining and developing long-term client relationships while supporting the delivery of high-quality financial planning advice. Your responsibilities will include:
Acting as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of clients. Building trusted, long-term relationships through exceptional service. Working closely with Chartered Financial Planners to coordinate client recommendations and ongoing advice. Managing client reviews and ensuring all work is progressed efficiently. Liaising with providers and third parties to oversee new business and existing client servicing. Preparing documentation and maintaining accurate client records.
Ensuring every client interaction reflects the firm's exceptionally high standards. About You We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering an outstanding client experience. You may currently work in:
Financial Planning or Wealth Management Banking or Private Banking Accountancy Legal Services Professional Services Client Relationship Management Customer Success Client Services Or another professional, client-focused environment You'll ideally possess:
Experience managing client relationships or supporting high-value clients. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational abilities with exceptional attention to detail. A proactive, professional and personable approach. The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining outstanding service standards. Previous experience within financial planning is advantageous but not essential . Full training and support will be provided for the right individual.
