: PA22-25 £ 42,707 - £46,895

Full-time - 35 hours per week

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated Housing Officer to join our high-performing Housing Services Department.

Dunbritton is a forward-thinking, innovative, and successful organisation that has built an excellent track record working in partnership with local authorities, the Scottish Government, banks, and a range of other strategic partners. We are based out of our offices in Dumbarton and manage stock across West Dunbartonshire and Argyll and Bute. We consistently perform in the upper quartile of Associations in our key performance indicators.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of customer-focused services including lettings, tenant support, rent arrears prevention and recovery, neighbourhood management and tenant participation.

You must be a team player, able to work effectively with a range of colleagues and external agencies to fulfil the Association's objectives and meet the needs of our stakeholders.

Along with having a knowledge of relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, and good practice within the housing sector.

You should have well-developed IT skills and be fully proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

The successful candidate will also be expected to be able to work flexibly on occasion to meet the demands of the service.

Based out of our office in Dumbarton, you will receive generous conditions of employment including 40 days leave (made up of 25 days annual leave & 15 days public holidays), an 8% employer contribution to the Defined Benefit Pension.
