Luxury Hotel Spa - Near Dundee - Support with Accommodation

We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Spa Manager to lead a luxury 8-treatment-room spa within a leading hotel group property near Dundee. You will be leading a team of 7 therapists including a head therapist with the opportunity to increase occupancy and optimise revenue whilst delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Reporting directly to the General Manager you will:

• Oversee the full spa operation and guest experience
• Maximise therapist utilisation and diary efficiency to boost yield and profitability
• Lead, inspire, train and develop the spa team
• Deliver treatments when required to support peak periods or absence
• Drive occupancy and proactively fill last-minute availability

We are keen to hear from candidates who have:

• Proven Spa Manager experience within a quality-led environment
• Are NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)
• Confident and professional in delivering Elemis treatments
• Commercially focused with strong revenue awareness

In addition to a basic salary of up to 38K, there is retail commission for meeting targets, 28 days holiday rising to 33 with length of service, meals provided whilst on duty along with discounted hotel stays.
