• Provide personal care and assistance during the night ensuring the safety and comfort of our clients.
• Assist with mobility, toileting and any necessary overnight routines.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Respond promptly to any client needs ensuring their well‑being throughout the night.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of care provided.

• Compassionate and caring individuals with a desire to make a difference in the lives of older adults.
• Reliable, punctual and a great communicator.
• Experience is required for this role, ideally complex care experience.
• Ability to work independently and use initiative.
• Flexibility to cover various shifts (including weekends and public holidays).

Prior care experience is desired but not essential.
