Situated on the northern fringe of Dundee, this residential care home is set within beautifully landscaped gardens, with woodland to the rear of the grounds, offering a peaceful and relaxing environment for residents.

The home has been newly refurbished with one guiding question in mind: what will truly benefit residents and create a real home-from-home environment? The results speak for themselves.

There are four modern, attractive, and homely lounges, two of which feature French doors opening directly onto the gardens. Quiet lounges are furnished with electric recliner chairs for added comfort, providing ideal spaces for residents to relax with a newspaper or favourite book. Two family lounges offer comfortable seating, dining areas, and tea and coffee-making facilities, giving families extra space when visiting with children or extended family.

Bedrooms are decorated and furnished to the highest standards, all with modern en-suite facilities and views over the large landscaped gardens. Residents are encouraged and supported to personalise their rooms with their own belongings and photographs to help them feel truly at home.

In addition to en-suite bedrooms, the home provides four assisted wet rooms and two assisted bathrooms. Nursing and care staff are on duty 24 hours a day, ensuring safe, compassionate care at all times. Ongoing training, from induction through to continued professional development, is central to the home s philosophy of continually improving standards of care.

Client-centred activities are offered daily, allowing residents to take part in as little or as much as they choose. Qualified catering staff provide varied, nutritionally balanced menus, with dieticians consulted whenever specialist dietary requirements arise. Residents food preferences are discussed on arrival and reviewed regularly.

We are recruiting a Healthcare Assistant to join a dedicated and compassionate team. Working day or night shifts, you will play a key role in supporting residents daily needs while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing.

• Providing personal care including washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility support

• Supporting residents physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing

• Assisting with meals, hydration, and light household duties

• Overnight monitoring and comfort checks (night shifts)

• Maintaining accurate care records

• Delivering person-centred care at all times

• Previous care home experience preferred

• A caring, professional, and reliable approach

• Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
