As Equine & Farm Clinical Director, you will:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 4–5 Equine & Farm vets.
• Drive service quality and business development within the Equine & Farm department.
• Foster a positive, forward-thinking culture where staff can thrive.
• Collaborate closely with Small Animal Clinical Directors and the Practice Manager for broader practice leadership.
• Innovate, expand, and enhance services to reflect your professional vision.

• Equine stables and stocks across two sites.
• In‑house laboratory.
• Mobile digital radiography and equine ultrasound.

• 1:5 on‑call rota with protected time off after nights.
• Half‑day every week plus Monday off after weekend on‑call.

• Competitive salary: £62,500 – £75,000, depending on experience.
