This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to provide a high‑level, professional and comprehensive personal‑assistant and administrative support service to the Deputy Director of People & Culture.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Deputy Director of People & Culture.
- Manage a range of administrative functions in a busy, demanding, high‑pressured environment.
- Provide committee support to a number of organisational committees.
- Experience working as a Personal Assistant.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a busy, demanding high‑pressure environment.
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
Hours of work are 37.
