Drug and Alcohol Recovery Services Team Lead

• Provide visible, compassionate leadership and line management to a dedicated team of DARS professionals.
• Ensure individuals accessing our services receive evidence-based, person-centred care.
• Maintain a small clinical caseload, allowing you to stay connected to frontline practice.
• Collaborate with colleagues across North Highland to strengthen local pathways and drive service development.

• A qualified nurse practitioner with a non‑medical prescribing qualification.
• Significant experience in addiction treatment interventions.
• A confident leader with a commitment to continuous improvement and collaborative working.
• Willingness to travel across a large geographical area, with flexibility to use digital tools (e.g. Microsoft Teams, Attend Anywhere) where appropriate.
