Overview
Account Director - Medical Communications. Independent Med Comms agency seeking a Scientific Project Lead/Account Director to drive high-quality delivery across projects, manage complex work with minimal structure, and support growth across medical affairs and publications.
Salary £62k-£75k, plus industry-leading bonuses. 100% remote, or hybrid with offices in NW and Oxfordshire (Oxon).

- Lead accounts and projects, ensuring quality delivery on time and on budget.
- Act as trusted client partner, offering strategic guidance across publications and medical affairs accounts.
- Manage resources, timelines, and finances.
- Support and mentor junior team members.
- Identify and pursue organic growth opportunities.
- This role is a newly created vacancy working on well-established and varied accounts across medical affairs and publications.
- At least 4 years of experience in the Healthcare Communications industry in an agency setting.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Based in the UK with no visa requirement.
