Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Clement Park. The Home Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring high standards of care, compliance with regulations, and optimal staff performance. Responsibilities include managing budgets, leading and supporting staff, developing care plans, ensuring safety and well-being, and fostering positive relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Leadership and management skills to effectively oversee a team and ensure operational excellence.
- Experience in caregiving or healthcare settings with solid knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to coordinate with families, staff, and healthcare professionals.
- Problem-solving abilities, decision-making skills, and the capacity to adapt to dynamic environments.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in care management, nursing, or social care are highly desirable.
- A passion for providing high-quality care and enhancing the lives of residents.
