able2achieve Trust LTD. is seeking a Learning Support Worker in Chard to support learners with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and challenging behaviour. You will help learners feel safe and access meaningful opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include updating care plans, following safeguarding procedures, and supporting community access.
