We are hiring a new Team Leader for our Dundee team. This role is a 37.5‑hour week, including on‑call duties.

As Team Leader, you will work alongside a diverse staff team under the supervision of our Services Manager and other Team Leaders. Your key responsibilities will support high‑quality, person‑centred care for over 90 individuals living in supported communities and through an outreach team.

Overview of the Service

Our supported living service recently achieved a Grade 6 rating in the care inspection, recognising sector‑leading performance and outstanding outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the day‑to‑day running of the service, including rota planning, record‑keeping and quality standards.
  • Supervise, mentor and coach staff to deliver exceptional support.
  • Develop and review personalised support plans.
  • Work directly on shift to build strong relationships with the individuals you support.
  • Promote inclusion, community participation and meaningful opportunities.
  • Maintain clear communication with families, professionals and partners.
  • Take part in on‑call duties.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in social care, including supporting individuals with complex needs and behaviours of concern.
  • Experience supervising or coordinating staff.
  • Working knowledge of budgets and targets.
  • Strong communication, planning and motivational skills.
  • SVQ Level 3 in Care (or willingness to achieve it).
  • A values‑driven approach built on inclusion, respect and empowerment.
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence.
