  • Kind and compassionate.
  • Reliable and committed.
  • Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
  • Passionate about supporting others to achieve their goals.

We'll provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you build a rewarding career in social care.

About Our Services

At our Tullideph service, we support seven adults (six men and one woman) in their own individual tenancies, while our Walton Mill service supports five adults (four men and one woman).

Every person we support is unique, with their own personality, interests, goals and outcomes. The people we support have a range of support needs, including:

  • Learning Disabilities
  • Autism and Asperger's Syndrome
  • Epilepsy
  • ADHD
  • Diabetes
  • Bipolar Disorder
  • Deaf blindness and Hearing Impairment

Our approach is person-centred, focusing on what matters most to each individual and helping them live the life they choose.

What You'll Be Doing

No two days are the same! As a Support Worker
, you'll help people to live independently, build confidence and enjoy meaningful experiences.

Your role will include:

  • Promoting independence, choice and individuality, ensuring the people we support are at the heart of every decision.
  • Providing practical support with personal care, household tasks, meal preparation and medication administration.
  • Supporting people to enjoy activities and hobbies, both at home and in their local communities, such as cinema trips, music groups, art, swimming, walking, travel and voluntary work.
  • Working closely with colleagues, families and professionals to provide the highest quality of care and support.

Make a Difference Every Day

If you're looking for a career where you can support people to achieve their goals, celebrate their successes and help them live the life they choose, we'd love to hear from you.
