Autonomous Clinical Case Manager - Rehabilitation; Hybrid

Nurse Seekers is recruiting for a Clinical Case Manager in London. This role is ideal for clinicians wanting to impact individuals with complex rehabilitation needs after severe injuries. Both full-time and part-time arrangements are available, whether you prefer an employed or self-employed contract.

Responsibilities include coordinating rehabilitation programs, assessments, and working with multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of clinical experience and excellent communication skills. A driving license is also required.
