We are looking for a warm and enthusiastic Care Assistant to join our award‑winning team at Greensand House Care Home in Surrey.

• Deliver high standards of personal care and maintain residents’ independence, dignity and respect.
• Assist with all personal hygiene and ensure residents complete tasks with optimum independence.
• Identify and understand clinical risk areas such as weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls and signs of infection; raise any identified risks promptly.
• Act courteously towards residents and visitors, respecting each person’s dignity and individuality.
• Practice safe systems of work across the range of tasks.

• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Show initiative and respect towards residents and colleagues.
• Work efficiently, following reasonable instructions from team members.
• Adapt and remain flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.

• No previous experience required; a thorough induction and training programme is provided.
• A DBS Disclosure check is required; the cost will be met by Avery Healthcare.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
