We are currently seeking to recruit Health Visitors to join the Tayside Health Visiting Service. This is an exciting opportunity to share your current skills, knowledge and leadership qualities and welcome all applicants, experienced, newly qualified or soon to be qualified Health Visitors.

The Tayside Health Visiting Service delivers a service to a varied demographic population in both rural and urban localities across Tayside. Our teams strive to deliver an excellent service to children and their families living in our community in line with the National Universal Health Visiting Pathway, utilising the GIRFEC national approach and working in close collaboration with a range of multi‑agency and third‑sector partners.

As a Health Visitor in Tayside you will be given opportunities to further develop your career, receive regular management and child protection supervision, and access excellent internal and external training. We offer all newly qualified Health Visitors a tailored preceptorship and mentorship programme.

Qualifications and registration

• Must be a registered SCPHN (Health Visiting) with current UK NMC registration.
• Or, due to complete the qualification within the next three months.
