NHS Scotland's The Mill Practice in Dundee is seeking a General Practice Pharmacist to join our multidisciplinary team and lead medicines optimisation, safety reviews and pharmacist-led clinics within the GP practice.
You will work with GPs, Practice Nurses and wider teams to improve prescribing safety, develop CMS workflows, and expand pharmacy services, delivering patient-centred care across the local community.
