We are looking for a confident Day Shift Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care. Youll be working
42hours a week (Day shifts), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Thistle House. Thistle House is a care home with nursing for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, including those with mental health or physical health needs. We provide specialist nursing care and support that is tailored to individual needs, promoting independence, community integration and preparing them for their own tenancies.

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
• Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
• Learn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
• Assist with medical & welfare needs
• Report on medical & welfare needs as required
• Safeguard Maintain a safe, clean environment for all
