Health Inclusion Nursing Team Salary Scale: £34,544 - £43,039 Pro Rata

DHSCP Health Inclusion Nursing Team is an integrated nurse lead service that includes a dedicated Health and Homeless Outreach Team and Community Nursing Assertive Outreach Team (previously known as Keep Well). The team provides a range of health focussed interventions for individuals and groups identified as being most at risk of health inequalities working in a range of community settings. Primary prevention is a key factor in tackling underlying causes of poor health & wellbeing.

Our outreach work is undertaken in many community settings including homeless hostels, community justice service, community cafes and hubs, community centres and more recently, asylum and refugee accommodation.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our growing team in delivering exceptional care to patients across Dundee. As part of continued improvement and development of our team, we are seeking to appoint highly motivated Registered Nurses with the skills and passion to deliver care in this challenging and highly rewarding environment.

You will work within a nursing team that value patient safety and the delivery of safe, effective high-quality patient centred care, which is underpinned and supported with education and training.

You should be committed to providing high standards of nursing care and demonstrate willingness to embrace challenging the norm. You should be able to work well within a growing and diverse team and demonstrate your ongoing learning and development

You must be registered on Sub-part 1: RN1 or RNA or Sub-part 2: RN2 of the UK NMC Register
