Salary is £24,479 per annum based on 35 hours per week, with pro-rata for other hours (£13.45 per hour). 18, 24 and 35 hour contracts are available, and the role requires SS SC C registration within 3 months.
The position includes flexible remote/hybrid working and a pension scheme. You will visit service users at home to assess needs, create tailored support plans, help with daily living
