We’re looking for a Workday HR Functional Consultant with strong hands‑on expertise in Core HR configuration, and deep functional knowledge across Compensation, Security, and Change Job processes. Experience with Kainos EDM will give you a strong edge.
What You’ll Do- Configure and maintain Workday Core HR modules to support accurate, efficient HR operations
- Implement and manage Compensation structures and workflows
- Define and maintain Security roles & permissions within Workday
- Support and optimise Change Job processes, ensuring compliance and smooth execution
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable Workday solutions
- Provide best‑practice guidance to enhance system performance and user experience
- Proven experience in Workday Core HR configuration
- Strong functional knowledge of Compensation, Security, and Change Job
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Workday HR issues with confidence
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
- Kainos EDM experience (highly desirable)
