This is an opportunity to join a team of Resourcing Coordinators in our Retail Recruitment Hub based in Dundee, Scotland.
Working alongside our UK Stores, this role will be integral to resourcing phenomenal candidates across a range of roles and locations, as part of a wider UK resourcing team that provides support across all of our channels.
Responsibilities- Lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including liaising with hiring managers in our Stores and agreeing on timescales.
- Schedule interviews and manage offers.
- Ensure every candidate has the best experience possible, whilst providing an outstanding service to our Store teams.
- Maintain and sustain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) by ensuring the right routines are followed.
- Build positive relationships with the hiring managers in stores and provide regular updates on the resourcing progress.
- Proactively spot low attraction to roles and think of fast solutions.
- Excellent customer service skills to provide great candidate experiences.
- Comfortable working across several different technical systems.
- Resilient in a fast‑paced, constantly evolving environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Experience of working with Stores or Retail.
