Artis Recruitment is supporting a professional services organisation to recruit a People Culture & Engagement Manager on a 6-12 month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on improving employee experience, embedding a values-led culture and delivering initiatives across engagement, wellbeing, EDI and internal communications.
You will work with the Head of HR to shape strategy, use people data to drive decisions and coach managers to act as culture ambassadors.
