ASA Recruitments client, a Public Sector organisation in Dundee, is currently looking to recruit a Senior HR Business Partner on a hybrid basis, on an initial 6-month contract (with potential extensions) on a rate of c.£290.17 - £321.21/day inside of IR35 (based on experience).

The Role:

Human Resources to support the Head of HR to develop and manage the HR business partnering team providing services to the organisation. Provide visible leadership, management and vision for the HR function of the organisation and deliver a cohesive HR support service.

Essential

Experience:

Educated to degree level or equivalent.

Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) qualified.

Significant experience in managing HR operational work.

Experience of developing, implementing and managing complex, customer and delivery focused projects and strategies for people-related issues.

Strong proven track record of successful project delivery of workforce change/organisational development projects.

Experience of managing a team or project teams.
