• 3+ years in consulting or customer-facing roles
• Experience in Trust & Safety, security, intelligence, or GenAI safety is a strong plus
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in fast-moving environments
• Collaborative, no-ego mindset
