As Parrot continues to expand internationally, we are seeking a technically strong Programs Coordinator to support complex customer deployments and strategic programmes across EMEA & JAPAC.
OverviewYOUR ROLE :
The Programs Coordinator plays a critical role at the intersection of customer success, technical enablement, and programme delivery. You will support, manage, and technically enable Parrot’s high-value customers—acting as a trusted advisor throughout onboarding, deployment, training, and long-term operational use.
This role is ideal for a technically adept professional who understands UAS platforms, sensors, software workflows, and real-world operational requirements, and who enjoys working closely with end users, engineers, and sales teams in complex environments.
ResponsibilitiesTechnical Customer & Programme Management
- Support and grow strategic customer relationships across EMEA & JAPAC with a strong focus on technical deployment and operational success.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer mission profiles, system architectures, workflows, and constraints.
- Lead technical business reviews, programme updates, and operational readiness sessions.
Onboarding, Deployment & Enablement
- Lead technical onboarding and deployment coordination for new UAV systems, payloads, and software environments.
- Deliver advanced training covering aircraft operation, mission planning, data capture, post-processing, and system maintenance.
- Develop region- and use-case-specific success plans aligned to Defence, Public Safety, and enterprise operational needs.
Proactive Technical Support & Issue Resolution
- Act as a technical escalation point for complex system, software, or integration issues across multiple time zones.
- Work closely with Sales, Aftersales, Customer Experience, Quality and Engineering teams to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Analyse account health, system usage, operational feedback, and performance data to proactively identify risks.
- Identify opportunities for expanded use cases, additional payloads, software features, integrations, and services.
- Support renewals and expansions by clearly demonstrating operational value, performance improvements, and ROI.
- Collaborate with regional Sales teams on technical account strategy and solution positioning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Technical Leadership
- Provide structured, technically detailed customer feedback to influence product enhancements and roadmap priorities.
- Support Key Account Managers with technical input for pipeline qualification, programme execution, and bid/tender responses.
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation, deployment guides, training materials, and customer-facing resources.
- Experience supporting or managing customers across international regions (EMEA, & JAPAC).
- Strong technical understanding of UAS platforms, sensors, software workflows, and integrated hardware/software systems.
- Proven ability to translate operational requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders, from end users to senior leadership.
