Parrot is a global leader in professional drone solutions, delivering secure, high-performance UAV platforms, payloads, and software ecosystems trusted by Defence, Public Safety, and enterprise organisations worldwide. Our solutions support mission-critical operations including ISR, situational awareness, inspection, mapping, and tactical response.

As Parrot continues to expand internationally, we are seeking a technically strong Programs Coordinator to support complex customer deployments and strategic programmes across EMEA & JAPAC.

Overview

YOUR ROLE :

The Programs Coordinator plays a critical role at the intersection of customer success, technical enablement, and programme delivery. You will support, manage, and technically enable Parrot’s high-value customers—acting as a trusted advisor throughout onboarding, deployment, training, and long-term operational use.

This role is ideal for a technically adept professional who understands UAS platforms, sensors, software workflows, and real-world operational requirements, and who enjoys working closely with end users, engineers, and sales teams in complex environments.

Responsibilities

Technical Customer & Programme Management

  • Support and grow strategic customer relationships across EMEA & JAPAC with a strong focus on technical deployment and operational success.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer mission profiles, system architectures, workflows, and constraints.
  • Lead technical business reviews, programme updates, and operational readiness sessions.

Onboarding, Deployment & Enablement

  • Lead technical onboarding and deployment coordination for new UAV systems, payloads, and software environments.
  • Deliver advanced training covering aircraft operation, mission planning, data capture, post-processing, and system maintenance.
  • Develop region- and use-case-specific success plans aligned to Defence, Public Safety, and enterprise operational needs.

Proactive Technical Support & Issue Resolution

  • Act as a technical escalation point for complex system, software, or integration issues across multiple time zones.
  • Work closely with Sales, Aftersales, Customer Experience, Quality and Engineering teams to diagnose and resolve issues.
  • Analyse account health, system usage, operational feedback, and performance data to proactively identify risks.
  • Identify opportunities for expanded use cases, additional payloads, software features, integrations, and services.
  • Support renewals and expansions by clearly demonstrating operational value, performance improvements, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with regional Sales teams on technical account strategy and solution positioning.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Technical Leadership

  • Provide structured, technically detailed customer feedback to influence product enhancements and roadmap priorities.
  • Support Key Account Managers with technical input for pipeline qualification, programme execution, and bid/tender responses.
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation, deployment guides, training materials, and customer-facing resources.
Your profile
  • Experience supporting or managing customers across international regions (EMEA, & JAPAC).
  • Strong technical understanding of UAS platforms, sensors, software workflows, and integrated hardware/software systems.
  • Proven ability to translate operational requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders, from end users to senior leadership.
