We're looking for a Senior IT Field Delivery Engineer to deliver high-quality onsite support to customers across multiple locations.

You'll work with a wide range of IT hardware and software technologies, supporting everything from desktops and laptops to servers, networks, and retail equipment. This role requires security clearance or willingness to obtain it . What You'll Be Doing Diagnose, repair and replace: PCs, laptops, printers, servers, retail tech & peripherals Complete customer rebuilds and desk-side configurations Support and mentor fellow engineers Provide cover for planned/unplanned absences at customer sites Achieve SLAs and performance targets Maintain real-time updates via mobile device, including part movements and RMA management Lead and support IMAC projects Take part in a 24/7 on-call rota (1:4) Ensure compliance with H&S, company policies, and customer processes Maintain company assets to a high standard What You'll Bring Professional, customer-focused attitude Full UK driving licence Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with great organisational ability Relevant technical certifications or equivalent experience CompTIA A and Server preferred Ability to work at height and undertake manual handling tasks Positive, team-orientated approach What's on Offer Competitive base salary Company van Flexible benefits scheme Large company perks & wellbeing support 2 paid volunteering days per year
