See Work Differently Placement, Optimisation Assistant

Salary: £13.45 per hour (Real Living Wage).

Hours:

15 hours per week. Work type:
Remote. Placement duration: 10 week paid work experience placement.

• You’ll support work to improve the quality, accuracy and usability of data across RNIB.
• You’ll assist the Optimisation team with projects that improve customer experience across our digital channels.
• You’ll help analyse and report on performance data to support better decision making.
• You’ll maintain dashboards and performance trackers.
• You’ll help set up A/B tests across landing pages, emails and paid media, and document and share the results with the wider team.

• You’ll have experience working with data, analytics or optimisation tasks.
• You’ll be a clear communicator who works well with others.
• You’ll be able to apply, or are keen to develop, an understanding of customer journeys, conversion rate optimisation and digital measurement.
• You’ll be comfortable managing small tasks independently and contributing reliably to team goals.
