Our platform, Broker Insights Vision™, standardises commercial insurance market data to unlock smarter decision-making across the industry. We’re looking for a Commercial Intelligence Manager to help the Commercial drive the next phase of growth.
This is not a traditional sales or customer success role.
This is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of commercial strategy, data analytics, AI, and customer growth - owning revenue outcomes through a combination of relationship management, commercial intelligence, and data-driven decision making.
What you’ll be doing:You’ll own and grow a portfolio of accounts while identifying new market opportunities, using insight, analytics, and technology to drive commercial success.
Key areas of responsibility include:- Build and manage predictive revenue models (pipeline, churn, expansion)
- Improve forecasting accuracy across commercial functions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through data-led prospecting
- Analyse pipeline performance, conversion trends, and market opportunities
- Develop compelling commercial propositions backed by market insight
- Manage and grow strategic customer relationships
- Drive platform adoption, consumption, and value realisation
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities using behavioural and usage data
- Partner with clients to solve operational challenges through Broker Insights capabilities
- Understand client environments, workflows, and commercial objectives
- Deliver impactful demos, business cases, and value narratives
- Support onboarding, adoption, and long-term customer success
- Bring customer insight back into product and technical teams
- Act as the bridge between commercial, data, product, and analytics teams
- Align stakeholders around shared revenue metrics and growth objectives
- Support strategic planning with evidence-based recommendations
You’ll likely bring a blend of commercial acumen, analytical capability, and customer leadership. We’d love to hear from candidates with experience in:
- New business development and account growth
- SaaS, data, technology, analytics, or commercial insurance environments
- Predictive modelling, AI-driven insights, or commercial forecasting
- Translating technical concepts into compelling customer outcomes
Experience with data platforms, analytics tooling, APIs, or consumption-based commercial models would be highly advantageous.
The salary for this role is £60,000 - £65,000 p.a., as well as 5% matched pension contributions, a generous holiday leave scheme, and a range of other employee benefits.
