12-week paid internship (May-August)

Technology is more than building products, it's also about ensuring customers receive exceptional support. As a Software Support Intern, you'll help investigate technical issues, support customers and internal teams, and contribute to delivering excellent service experiences.

• Assist with troubleshooting software-related issues
• Work with support engineers to diagnose and resolve problems
• Document incidents and solutions
• Analyse recurring issues and identify improvements
• Support testing and validation activities
• Collaborate with development and product teams

• Students studying Computing, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
• Returning to university after the internship
• Strong technical aptitude
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused mindset
• Strong communication skills

• Real-world technical support experience
• Exposure to enterprise software environments
• Development of troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Experience working with global teams and customers
