Private Client Solicitor

Our client, a growing full-service law firm, is currently recruiting for a Lawyer to join its busy Private Client Team.

Based in the Dundee office, this role is ideal for a motivated Private Client Solicitor with 0-6 years PQE. The successful candidate will provide expert advice on wills, executry administration (including tax matters), trust creation and management, tax planning, and Adults with Incapacity (AWI) issues such as Powers of Attorney and Guardian ships.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, a strong drive to contribute to the department’s growth, and a willingness to pursue STEP qualifications or similar professional development if not already held.
