You will join an established Company Commercial team advising owner-managed businesses, SMEs and entrepreneurs on company law, commercial contracts and corporate transactions. Experience in corporate finance or working with commercial real estate clients would be an advantage. The role offers autonomy, direct client access and a genuine opportunity to influence the team's future.

• At least 7 years PQE in company commercial work.
• Strong experience in company law, commercial contracts and corporate transactions.
