Employment Senior Solicitor/Associate
to join a growing Dundee team advising a diverse client base on both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.

This role offers a blend of advisory, tribunal and transactional work, making it an ideal move for a Solicitor looking to take on greater responsibility, develop client relationships and build their profile within a supportive and collaborative environment.

• Advise clients on a broad range of employment law matters
• Manage Employment Tribunal claims, including drafting ET3s
• Provide day-to-day HR and employee relations advice
• Draft contracts, policies and settlement agreements
• Support the employment aspects of corporate transactions
• Deliver client training and legal updates

• 2+ years' PQE
  in employment law
• Experience handling contentious and non-contentious matters
• Confident managing client relationships and your own caseload
• Commercially aware and solutions-focused
• Excellent communication and drafting skills
