Location: Broughty Ferry, Dundee, DD5 3RU

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour (PAYE)

Hours: 6 hours per week

Working Pattern:

• 9:00am – 11:00am

Contract: Temporary Holiday Cover

Assignment Dates: 27 July 2026 – 7 August 2026

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced Cleaning Operative to join a professional facilities management team at a commercial office site in Broughty Ferry.

This is an excellent part-time opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and is comfortable working independently.

• Cleaning office and communal areas
• Vacuuming, mopping and dusting
• Cleaning kitchens and staff welfare facilities
• Cleaning washrooms and replenishing consumables
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the site
• Reporting any maintenance or health and safety concerns
• Following all site health and safety procedures

• Previous commercial cleaning experience is essential
• Basic DBS Certificate
• Valid Right to Work documentation
• Comfortable working alone
• Able to work as a key holder
• Willing to use a mandatory telephone time and attendance system
• Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
• Excellent attention to detail

• £12.71 per hour (PAYE)
• Monday, Wednesday and Friday working pattern
• Ongoing support from Concept Resources throughout your assignment
• Immediate consideration for suitable candidates
