Serving the Greater Pollok community since 1987. Rosehill owns and manages over 1,000 homes for social rent in Glasgow, providing factoring services to a further 200 owners. The Association recently achieved charitable status, strengthening its community focus and commitment to long-term sustainability.

Responsibilities

The Chief Executive will report to the Management Committee and provide strategic leadership to the Management Team and staff. This role is central to ensuring that Rosehill’s vision, business plan and strategic goals are delivered effectively for tenants, residents and the wider community. The Chief Executive will offer professional advice to the Management Committee on housing, social and economic matters, and support the development of organisational strategy, policy and governance.

The Chief Executive will manage and develop the organisation in compliance with regulatory requirements, including those established by the Scottish Housing Regulator.

Lead on performance and risk management, financial planning and control, ensuring robust mechanisms are in place to meet organisational objectives and regulatory expectations. Cultivate a positive and inclusive culture, empowering staff to fulfil their potential and align performance with corporate goals. Foster strong external relationships with key stakeholders including government agencies, local authorities and community partners to further Rosehill’s role in local regeneration and collaborative working.
