We're looking for an experienced General Manager - Warehouse & Logistics to lead a fast-growing fresh food distribution operation. This is a hands‑on, high‑responsibility role where you'll shape and develop a high‑performing warehouse and transport team.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and operational procedures

• Proven experience in warehouse and logistics management, ideally in fresh food or FMCG
• Hands‑on leadership style and ability to lead from the front
• Experience managing ambient, chilled, and frozen operations (desirable)
• Track record of hiring, training, and developing teams
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and operational discipline
• IT skills with confidence in warehouse/logistics systems and reporting
