If you are looking to broaden your industry experience and progress your career within project management, our PM Infrastructure Scotland team is seeking experienced Project Managers with NEC Supervisor experience to develop into a senior position. You will work on a range of industry‑leading infrastructure projects, supporting delivery in transportation, utilities and highways.

Carry out the role of Supervisor under the NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract, understanding project documentation and bringing lived on‑site construction delivery experience.

• Apply NEC ECC PM / NEC Supervisor accreditation or achieve accreditation.
• Manage the construction phase of infrastructure projects (highways, structures, utilities, etc.).
• Provide on‑site Supervisor resource and travel to site as required.
• Manage construction design and project documents to ensure compliance and deliver project outcomes.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of legislation, environmental and statutory consents.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage relationships.
• Chair project meetings, report progress and maintain records.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the NEC suite of contracts and contract notices.

• Lead Project Management Commissions, delivering end‑to‑end service for large or complex projects.
• Act as the key day‑to‑day client interface, ensuring client objectives are met within time, cost and quality targets.

Projects requiring this role typically fall within the £10 m to £25 m range.

• Degree in Civil Engineering (ideally).
• Experience on large scheme projects (£100 m plus).
• NEC: ECC Project Manager accreditation.
• NEC Supervisor accreditation.
• Preference for chartered status with ICE, APM, RICS, etc.

• Delivery of projects to quality standards, within time and budget.
• Alignment of project delivery with client objectives and appointment conditions.
• Effective leadership of the project team.
• Strong relationships with clients and cross‑functional team.
• Business development opportunities identified and acted upon.
• Effective monitoring of internal financial status.
• Cascading of key information and data to relevant parties.
